How Marketli came to be
Built from inside the property market
Alex Brownbill
Founder, Marketli
Marketli was founded by Alex Brownbill, a Perth-based mortgage broker with over a decade of experience guiding Australian buyers and sellers through the property market.
Working at the centre of property transactions every day, Alex saw the same problems play out in every deal: fragmented communication between internal teams, clients, and the industries around them. He saw how hard it was for clients to access end-to-end services from one place. Clients were still chasing quotes, asking for recommendations, and rebuilding context across half a dozen platforms.
Marketli was built to bring all of it into one place: a shared workspace where industries talk to each other, where buyers and buyer's agents upload and share briefs. The biggest challenge of all, the visibility and timing problems facing those looking to upgrade or downsize, finally gets solved.
