Businesses on Marketli's marketing or CRM plans can now send a gift card from a contact, as it rolls out. Pick a brand and amount, add a note, and see the full cost, including the 8% service fee and GST, before you send. A tax invoice is emailed for every gift, and each contact shows the gifts they have been sent.

The website editor now tells you when a change did not finish, and checks that new sections are actually placed on the page. If one is not, the editor finishes the job at no cost to you, or tells you plainly.

Updating your card from a payment reminder, a paused plan or the payment screen now opens the card form inside Marketli, which tells you what will be charged before you save. The separate Stripe billing page is gone, and the mobile app no longer offers anything to buy.

Inviting someone to your team, to a workspace or to your professional network now works the same way: they get a link to accept, or see the invitation in the app if they already use Marketli, and nothing is set up for them until they do. Invitations you have sent show as waiting until they are accepted, and you can withdraw them.

When the assistant drafts a deal rule that texts or emails the client, it now says plainly that past deals will not get the message. Contact rules, and deal rules that add a task or move a deal, can still offer to catch up when you switch them on.

When you ask the assistant for a date rule on one pipeline stage, it now keeps that stage instead of widening it to the whole pipeline. It also explains catching up past dates correctly and no longer suggests ways to text many contacts at once.

The Billing tab now lists every plan your business pays for, with its state, its next charge including GST and the card it charges, then your invoices with a Pay now button for anything unpaid. You can add or replace your card without leaving Marketli: before you save it, we tell you exactly what it will charge, and afterwards what actually happened.

Plans, websites, add-ons and credit you buy now all go through your business's one billing account, so one card and one set of invoices cover them. Only an owner or admin can change the card; anyone else on the team is shown who to ask and can pay an overdue invoice directly.

When a website plan ends, the website stays on its domain for 30 days and the owner gets reminders when it ends, a week before and the day before. Then the domain is disconnected; the Marketli address keeps working and nothing is deleted.

When you invite a client to a workspace, they now get a link to accept, and the workspace opens for them once they do, even if they already use Marketli. Nothing is set up for them before then, and you can send an invite from Workspace actions for any client on the workspace.

If a card payment fails, everything keeps working for 14 days while you update your card. After that your plan is paused rather than cancelled: your website stays online, nothing is deleted, and owners can switch it back on from the banner, paying only what was owed.

If someone invites you and you already use Marketli, the invitation now shows at the top of the app with Accept and Dismiss, so you can accept it without the link. A business inviting you from its contacts also sends you a notification.

The dialer now has Call from, so you can pick which of your business numbers the other person sees. Call on a contact or client opens the dialer with them filled in. Owners and admins can name each business number, such as Josh's number. On phones, the Contacts list no longer scrolls sideways, contact cards are tidier, and dialer search stays above the keyboard.

When a change to your website stops part way, you can now ask the editor to finish it in the same draft. Each request gets its own limit, drafts paid from credit carry on for as long as you have credit, and the Publish panel shows what the draft has used so far. If credit runs out, the draft is kept until you top up. Long new pages are also no longer saved empty when the editor runs out of room part way.

Choose Results on a sent campaign to see how many people it reached, opened it and clicked a link, which links they clicked, and what each recipient did. You can search the list and narrow it to the people who opened, clicked or did not open, ready to follow up. Spam complaints and bounces in Sending history are also counted more reliably, and a click on the unsubscribe link no longer counts as a click.

Sending history now shows when a campaign has been paused or cancelled by the Marketli team, and how far it got. A paused campaign carries on where it stopped when it is resumed, so nobody gets it twice, and people a cancelled campaign never reached no longer count toward your daily limit. Emails from your CRM and review requests are never paused.

A campaign to thousands of people now keeps sending without stopping and waiting between batches, at a steady pace that always leaves room for sign-in codes and other important email. While a campaign is going out, Sending history shows how many people it has been sent to so far, and updates by itself. Sign-in emails also try again on their own if the email service is briefly busy.

If your business keeps its branches separate, Sending history now shows the emails sent from your own branch and those sent for the whole business, and says so at the top. Owners and admins still see everything. A contact's own timeline still shows every email sent to that contact. This also includes security hardening.

Email campaigns now lists your colleagues' campaigns as well as your own, with who wrote each one and a Mine or Everyone choice. You can open a colleague's campaign, choose which of your business's addresses it goes out from, send it, send yourself a test or make a copy. Only the author can change a campaign, and businesses that keep branches separate see their own branch's campaigns. This also includes security hardening.

In the email editor, click the words of a text, heading or button and type them right where they appear, instead of in a box at the side. Bold, italics, lists, links and personal details sit in a small bar above the text. It works the same for campaigns and for email templates.

A sent campaign shows when it went and how many people it went to, opens as it was sent, and can be used again as a fresh draft with the same subject. The recipient list now goes well past the first 500 contacts, so a tag's number is the whole tag and you can select all of it at once. Tags are listed largest first. Each business has a daily limit that Marketli can raise, and the send confirmation shows your limit, what you have used and what is left before anything goes out.

The Editor gains two buttons that are always there at the top: Publish, which lights up the moment you have a change ready and opens the same publish panel, and Domain, which opens your domain settings in a slide-out. New too: you can paste or drop a photo straight into the chat and say where it should go, for example use this on the home page. Your assistant sees the picture, saves it into your site, and writes proper alt text for it. Photos are shrunk for the web before they are sent, and up to three can ride along with a single message.

Free website builds now get a proper launch moment. When your site is ready, Marketli shows you a launch step in the app: press the button and your site goes live. Because the build itself was free, that screen also invites a voluntary contribution: pick a suggested amount, name your own, or launch without contributing at all.
