What you get
The short version
Eight steps, switched on by default: confirmation email and SMS, a reminder 24 hours out, a starting-soon text 15 minutes out, and pushes to the staff member who was booked.
Edit any message, remove steps, or switch the whole thing off — it becomes a normal automation once seeded.
Book inside the reminder window and the stale reminders are suppressed, rather than firing seconds apart.
Cancelling a booking stops its pending reminders.
