How Marketli reviews work
Who can leave a review on Marketli, which reviews count toward a rating, and what a business can and cannot change.
Reviews on Marketli appear on a business's directory page under Reviews on Marketli, and next to its listing in the directory. They sit beside the business's Google rating, and the two are always shown separately.
Who can leave one
Only people the business invited. A review is written in one of two ways:
- From a review link the business sent from its Reviews page, to a client, contact or lead. Each link works once.
- From a deal workspace, when the deal reaches a stage the business chose. These reviews carry the line Client on a deal run through Marketli.
There is no open "write a review" button, so nobody else can review a business on Marketli.
Every rating is published
Every rating is published, whether it's good or bad. Nothing is held back because it is low.
Reviews collected through a review link before 25 September 2026 were published only when the person said they would recommend the business and gave 4 or 5 stars. Those reviews still appear, under Earlier testimonials, but they are not counted in the rating, because they were not a fair sample.
When a rating shows
A business's Marketli rating appears once it has 3 counted reviews. Until then its reviews are shown one by one, with no average.
What a business can change
Nothing. A business can't edit, hide or remove a review on Marketli, and once a person has submitted their review it is final for them too. If a review breaks the law or names someone who should not be named, contact help@marketli.app.
What is shown
Each review shows its stars, the person's words, their first name and the first letter of their surname, and the month it was written. Phone numbers and email addresses in a review are replaced with [removed].
