    The Marketing Hub

Plan one marketing campaign at a time: pick a topic with AI, agree the brief, get a blog article, an email and social posts written from it, and hand each to its channel.

The Marketing Hub plans one campaign at a time. You agree a topic and a short brief, and it writes a blog article, an email and a post for each of your connected social accounts, all saying the same thing. Find it first under Marketing in the menu. It is part of the Ultimate marketing package.

    1. Pick a topic

Type your own idea, or press Suggest ideas. Ideas are written for your industry, your part of Australia and the time of year, and never repeat an article you have already published on your blog.

To adjust a topic, say how in Change it, for example "make it about investors". Each campaign can be changed this way up to six times; after that, edit the topic yourself.

    2. Agree the brief

The brief is the angle every piece is written from: the key message, who it is for, the call to action and its link, and anything to avoid. Press Write the brief for a first draft, or fill it in yourself. Edit anything, then save.

    3. Write the drafts

Each channel has its own card. You can write a draft for a channel once it is set up:

    • Blog: your website's blog is turned on.
    • Email: your sending domain and a reply-to address are verified, and your business street address is filled in (it goes in the footer of every campaign email).
    • Social: at least one social account is connected in Socials.

A card that is not ready says what is missing and links to where you fix it.

Drafts are written in your voice. Add a few words about how your business sounds under Company, Brand, in How you sound.

Edit any draft in the hub, then hand it to its channel:

    • Put in Blog saves the article as a draft in Blog. An owner or admin approves and publishes it there.
    • Open in the email editor opens the email as your own draft in Email campaigns, where you choose who gets it and send it.
    • Open in Socials opens the post composer with the caption written and that account chosen. Nothing posts until you press Post or Schedule.

Nothing in the hub is published or sent by itself. Once a draft is handed off, it is edited where it went, and the hub shows where it is, for example "In Blog as a draft" or "Sent from Email campaigns". Everyone in your business can see that; only the person who handed off an email can open it, because email drafts are private to their author. If what was handed off is deleted, or its author has left, press Edit here again to pick it up in the hub.

You can also copy any draft's text instead.

    Finance and property wording

For finance and property businesses, drafts never state an interest rate, fee or percentage you did not put in the brief, never promise approval, and never recommend a particular loan or lender. Finance drafts also end with a general information line. If you edit a draft and add something like this, the hub warns you when you save, and leaves the decision to you.

    Your AI allowance

Suggesting ideas, changing a topic, writing the brief and writing drafts all use your business's monthly AI allowance, shared with Write with AI in Email campaigns. The hub shows how much is used. When it runs out, the AI buttons pause until the 1st of next month; you can still write and edit by hand.
