    MARKETLI

    Unlocking your property journey

Your directory listing and public pages

Get your business and your brokers onto the Marketli directory, and control what appears on your public pages.

Marketli runs a public directory of property professionals. Your company gets a page, and each of your brokers can have one too. Both are indexed by search engines and carry an enquiry form that lands in your Leads.

    Two ways to be listed

Included with the program. An industry directory listing comes with the Marketli Business Building Program: visibility for all professionals in your team. If you are on the program you are already entitled to it, with nothing extra to buy.

Listing on its own. If you do not want the program, a directory listing is offered on its own when you first sign up: your business and team on the Marketli broker directory, public profile pages, and enquiries straight to your inbox. It is a monthly subscription, billed from the day you start it, and you can cancel or move up to the program at any time.

A one-off listing purchase is also still offered on the payment screen, under Just want to be listed?: it puts you on the directory for a single $99 + GST payment with nothing recurring to manage.

If you take the listing-only path without a company yet, Marketli asks for your company details first: you find your business on Google, it fills in the rest, and then takes you to payment.

    Managing your listing subscription

If you took the monthly listing, everything about it is reachable from inside Marketli. (The one-off $99 purchase above has nothing recurring, so there is no billing page for it and nothing to cancel.)

    1. Open Company.
    2. Go to the Billing tab.
    3. Choose Manage billing.

That opens your Stripe billing page, where you can change the card, download invoices and cancel. Changes take effect on your listing straight away: while the subscription is running, your pages stay live; if it is cancelled, your company and broker pages come down and the enquiry forms stop. Everything you have entered stays in your account, so starting again later puts the same pages back.

If a payment fails, nothing disappears immediately. Your pages stay up while Stripe retries the card, which gives you time to fix it from the same Billing tab.

Upgrading to the program. Start the program from any locked tab, or from Upgrade. Your listing subscription is cancelled for you as part of that, so you are never paying for both at once, and your public pages carry straight over.

    Switching your own profile on

A company listing does not automatically put every person on it. Each professional controls their own page:

    1. Open your Profile.
    2. Find the Public Profile card: Appear in the professional directory.
    3. Turn on Make my profile public.

When enabled, your profile will be visible to users browsing the directory for your industry.

    What appears on your pages

The public pages are built from what you have already filled in, which is why finishing your company details matters:

    • Company name, logo and description: from About in Company Details.
    • Business address: drives the location line and the map.
    • Service areas: the suburbs and regions you cover.
    • Website, phone and email.
    • Social profiles: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
    • Your brokers: name, photo and bio, for everyone with a public profile.
    • Google reviews, where your Google Business Profile is connected.

To improve a page, edit the underlying field. There is no separate "directory page editor".

    Enquiries from your pages

Someone who sends an enquiry from a directory page becomes a new lead on your Leads board, with the source Marketli directory and their message in the notes. It fires any New lead automation you have, so an auto-reply goes out the same way it does for a website enquiry.

Not every industry is listed yet

The directory is currently restricted to selected industries, so a category that does not apply will not have public pages. If your industry is not covered, your listing entitlement is banked and applies when it opens.

    Getting the most from it

    1. Fill in About, Service areas and your address properly. They are what the page is made of.
    2. Get every broker to switch Make my profile public on and write a real bio.
    3. Connect your Google Business Profile so reviews show.
    4. Set up a New lead auto-reply in Leads → Automations so a directory enquiry hears back in seconds.
