Setting up a rewards program
Turn on a points program, name your points, write the promo copy your clients read, and build the tier ladder they climb.
A rewards program lets you give clients points for referrals, reviews and milestones, and lets them climb tiers you define. It lives at Company → Rewards.
Turning it on
- Go to Company → Rewards.
- Click Set up rewards.
The program is created switched off, and the editor appears. That is deliberate — you configure it fully, then make it live when you are ready. The badge at the top reads Off until you flip the switch, at which point it reads Live.
The program settings

| Points unit label | What you call your points — points, stars, credits. Used everywhere a balance is shown. |
| Promo headline | The client-facing hook, for example Earn rewards for referring friends. |
| Promo body | The explanation — how clients earn, and what they can unlock. |
| Promotional graphic | An optional image shown with the promo copy. |
Whatever you set as the unit label is substituted throughout, so choose it before you write the tier names — the tier card will read Bronze — 100 stars if that is what you picked.
The tier ladder
Tiers are the milestones clients climb as they earn points, ordered by the points needed to reach each one.
There are no default tiers. A new program starts empty — No tiers yet. Add your first below — for example "Bronze" at 100 points. Nothing happens tier-wise until you build the ladder.
For each tier, set:
- Name — Bronze, Silver, Gold.
- Threshold — the points needed to reach it.
- Reward label (optional) — what they get at that tier. This is a description, not a fulfilment mechanism.
Edit a tier with the pencil icon, remove one with the bin.
Rewards are not fulfilled by Marketli. The reward label describes what you are offering; honouring it is yours to do. Nothing is redeemed, deducted or shipped by the platform.
Making it live
Flip the switch at the top of the program card. The badge changes from Off to Live and you get a Rewards enabled confirmation. Turning it off later hides it again without destroying balances.
