The client profile
Everything you hold on one person on a single page: workspaces, briefs, open tasks, documents, activity and rewards.
Click any row on the Clients screen to open that person's profile. It is one scrolling page rather than a set of tabs, and each card only appears when there is something in it: a brand new contact is a short page.
The header card
Their photo, name, badges, email, phone, birthday and company, plus a line telling you where the relationship came from: Added by you, Added by {name}, or Connected, with the date.
The pencil icon opens Edit Contact. Under the details is a row of actions (Chat, Email, Call, SMS, Video and Request a review) and the tag editor. Request a review sends that person a unique review link from a workspace you share with them, asking which workspace it is about when there is more than one, so you no longer have to open the workspace first.
Address-book contacts
If the person has no Marketli account you will see an Address-book contact card explaining that this is a broker-only record. You can still email, call and text them. Inviting them to Marketli is what unlocks shared workspaces, briefs and ID verification.
The cards, in order
Rewards: appears when your company runs a rewards program. Shows their balance, tier and last five point events, with an Award points button. See Awarding points.
Workspaces: every deal they are on, with the pipeline stage or milestone, the deal type, the broker on it, and key dates like settlement, finance clause, auction, cooling-off, fixed rate expiry and interest-only expiry. Add to another puts them on a second workspace.
Briefs: their buying briefs, with budget, bedrooms, property types and target suburbs.
Open tasks: outstanding tasks, flagged Internal where they are team-only, with the workspace and the due date. Overdue dates show in red.
Documents: file name, category and date.
Activity: enquiries with their status and message, plus review requests you have sent.
Funded properties: address and lender.
When there is nothing yet
For a contact who is on Marketli but has no shared work with you, the page shows You're connected with {name}, but there are no shared workspaces yet and offers Create a workspace and Add to an existing workspace.
Verification
Personal clients you share a workspace with get an ID verification pill in the header, and a Verify or Re-verify button. The states you will see are Not verified, In progress, Verified and Verification failed.
