Connecting a contact on Marketli

When a contact joins you on Marketli, you can chat and video call with them in the app. Anyone on your team who can see a contact can invite them.

Inviting a contact

Open the contact. Under their details you'll see whether they're on Marketli.
Choose Connect on Marketli, then Make invite link.
Copy the link, or Share it from your phone, and send it to them however you like: a text, an email or a message. Marketli doesn't send anything itself.

The link only works for the email address on the contact. They sign up with that address, confirm it with the code we email them, and you're connected. Nothing is set up for them before they do.

If they already use Marketli with that email address, they'll also see your invitation in the app and can accept it there.

Good to know

One link per contact. Making a new link stops the earlier one from working.
Links last 30 days.
Changing the contact's email, archiving them or deleting them stops their link working. Make a new one if you need to.
Your business can send 20 invitations a day, across everyone on your team. Workspace invitations count towards this too.
The contact needs their own email address. If two contacts share one, give each their own first.

What the contact screen shows

Not on Marketli yet: they haven't been invited, or their link has run out.
Invited to Marketli with the date: there's a link waiting for them.
On Marketli: they've joined, so chat and video are available.
