    Unlocking your property journey

    Booking calendars and intake forms

Create a booking link people can use without an account, set your hours and limits, and attach a form so you get the answers you need before the meeting.

Booking calendars live at Company → BookingsLet people book time with your team without the back-and-forth. Only company admins can manage them.

Bookings land in your team's real calendars with a Teams or Meet link attached, which means connecting your inbox first.

    Setting your hours

Your bookable hours are personal, not company-wide. Each team member sets their own on their Profile page, in the booking availability card: switch on the days you work, set a start and end time for each — it defaults to 09:00–17:00 — and set your time zone.

    Creating a calendar

    1. Company → Bookings → New calendar.
    2. Name — what the visitor sees, for example Intro call.
    3. Booking link — the slug. Your public URL is /book/your-slug.
    4. AssignmentSingle (always the same person) or Round robin (spread across the team).
    5. Who takes these bookings — choose the team member and which of their connected calendars to check and write to.
    6. After bookingStandard confirmation, Show a message, or Redirect to a URL.
    7. Appointment typeOnline, In person (needs a location) or Phone (we'll call you).
    8. Set the limits below.
    9. Save.

Accepting bookings is a switch on the calendar. Turned off, the link shows as unavailable rather than disappearing.

    The scheduling limits

    SettingWhat it controls
Meeting length (min)How long the appointment runs. 10–240.
Start times every (min)The spacing of offered slots.
Minimum notice (hours)How soon someone can book.
Bookable ahead (days)How far into the future the calendar opens.
Buffer before / after (min)Padding either side of a meeting.
Max bookings per dayA daily cap. Blank means no limit.
Look busy (%)Randomly hides that percentage of your genuinely free slots.

Look busy hides real availability — the hidden slots cannot be booked at all. It exists so a quiet calendar does not look empty, but set it deliberately: at 50% you are turning away half your bookable time.

The calendar editor has a Share card with two copy buttons:

    • Booking link — the URL to send people.
    • Embed on your website — a snippet to paste into your site.

Anyone with the link can book — no account needed.

    Intake forms

An intake form is a set of questions the visitor answers while booking. Visitors answer these questions when they book.

Attach one in the calendar editor under Intake form, choosing from your saved forms or clicking New form. Forms are also managed on their own tab at Company → Forms.

    Building a form

    1. Company → Forms → New form (or New form from inside a calendar).
    2. Give it a Name — for example Pre-appraisal questions.
    3. Add each question under Questions, choosing a type:
      • Short answer
      • Paragraph
      • Pick one
      • Checkboxes
      • Dropdown
    4. For the last three, add the options.
    5. Tick Required on anything you must have.
    6. Save.

One form can be attached to several calendars, so a single Pre-appraisal questions form can sit behind every appraisal calendar you run.

    Where bookings show up

Upcoming bookings appear in the Upcoming bookings card, where you can also cancel one. Every booking also kicks off the Booking follow-up automation — see Booking confirmations and reminders.

    Deleting a calendar

Deleting stops the link working: the booking link /book/your-slug will stop working. If you only want a pause, switch Accepting bookings off instead.
