Billing and your plan
What the plan costs, how to update your card, download invoices, cancel or resume — and why none of this is in the mobile app.
Billing is at Company → Billing, and only company owners and admins see the tab.
What it costs
- Billed monthly — your rate is agreed when your account is set up.
- 3 team members included.
- Extra seats $19 per month + GST each, charged when you add them.
- An industry directory listing is included.
Payments are handled by Stripe.
The billing panel
The panel shows your current status, the products on your subscription with their status, and your card — Card on file: Visa •••• 4242 — expires 04/28, or No card on file.
The buttons available to you:

| Add card / Update card | Opens the card form. |
| Invoices | Your invoice history. |
| Cancel subscription | Ends it at the close of the current period. |
| Resume subscription | Appears instead of Cancel once a cancellation is pending. |
There is also a small link at the bottom — Prefer Stripe's billing portal? Open it here — which opens the hosted Stripe portal if you would rather manage things there.
Cancelling and resuming
Cancelling does not cut you off immediately: Subscription will end at the close of the current period. Until then everything keeps working, and Resume subscription puts it back with no gap.
Adding a seat
When your team is full, the invite dialog tells you — You've used all 3 included team seats — and offers Add Seat — $19/month + GST, charged now. Once the seat is added you can generate the invite link. See Managing your team.
Billing is not in the mobile app
Subscription management is web only. Open Marketli in a browser to change your plan, update your card or download invoices — you will not find these controls in the iPhone or Android app.
If billing details will not load
The panel says so plainly — We couldn't load your billing details — and offers Open Stripe billing portal as the way through. Everything you need is available there.
Listing-only customers
If you took the one-off $99 + GST directory listing rather than the subscription, there is nothing recurring to manage — see Your directory listing and public pages. You can move up to the full platform at any time.
